      Hello everyone and Happy Monday!

One of our users noticed that a few entries to OPCO in February didn’t have AA codes attached to them. She used the AA Edit Analysis in GP to attached the codes to them but now Management reporter is pulling the amount twice and doesn’t tie to the GL.

Any suggestions on why this is happening and how to fix it? Might be a Data Mart rebuild type of situation but wanted to get your opinion first.
      We’re on GP2018 R2.

      TIA!

Assuming you are using the Data Mart instead of the Legacy driver, I would do a rebuild. What typically happens in data marts is that the addition of the AA data is seen as new records because of the dimensions rather than an updating of the same record. I have dealt with the same issue with GP and other systems where people edit dimension codes and use a reporting database, like a data mart. In those cases, we typically reload the data because of that reason. In the case of MR, rebuilding the data mart is equivalent to reloading the data.
