??Hi all.Ā I just discovered that a printed trial balance out of Great Plains did not include all rows!Ā I had the set destination at screen and printed from there.Ā A few rows were missing from the end of each page.Ā Has anyone else encountered this?Ā Any ideas how to fix?Ā If you put the destination as printer this does not happen so that is a workaround but I often want to view my report before I decide to print.Ā Thanks in advance.

Tracy, check your printing preferences for your default printer, see if you can adjust so that the missing rows appear in the screen view.Ā My experience is the screen view generates based off those settings.Ā That would be why printing from that view causes missing rows, regardless of what printer you use.

?We have run into a couple different situations with printers, though not your problem specifically.Ā GP uses an installed print driver to print to the screen, so you may simply need updated print drivers.
If you are using Canon printers, we’ve also found that you may need to set the printer setting “Set margin to 1/6 inches” on.Ā This setting will either be foundĀ in the printer settings on the printer console or by going to theĀ Printer settings for the printer on the host machine. The setting should be foundĀ by clicking on the Finishing tab and then the Advanced Settings button on that tab.Ā
