    I have two items with lot numbers that show there is on hand QTY. However, they are not available when trying to allocate the lot numbers to orders. There are no allocations for these lot numbers. I cannot determine what is causing this.

    Hi Betty,

    Have you tried to Reconcile the Item? I run into similar problems and Reconcile fixes it most of the time. I recommend starting there.
