Hello

We usually receive most of our pay data via Key2Act Excel Time track from the field.

When we need to manually enter time via TimeTrack Time Card entry, as unbilled labor ,and we bring up the “Options” screen to override a payroll field , the rate class is greyed out in the screen. And it does not pick up the default rate class from the employee record.

This then does not allow for union deductions/benefits to be calculated due to a blank rate class.

I have attached a screen shot of the screen causing the issue.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

The Rate Class option only shows up when it is enabled in the Job cost posting options :
