Hey Everyone,
We are trying to update the stock count calendar on GP 18.3 but are getting an error “User Date is outside of the range for the stock count calendar year”.  We have tried to update the calendar and insert 2021 data into IV41001 to get 2021 to show up but no luck.  
Anybody else have this and figure it out?  Thanks

Hi Rick,

I ran into the same issue. After a Google search, apparently Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working on a fix, but say it may take awhile. There was an included script to run as a workaround, but I can’t seem to locate it at the moment. I’ll post back as soon as I can find it again as I need to let our IT department know about it also.

Hey Tim,
I have seen this and inserted them (that is I guess what I meant in my original when I inserted in the IV table).  This is a different message as it was user date is outside the parameters.  Do you get this message at all opening the window now that it is 2021?  Thanks for replying

Hi Rick,

After our IT department put all the data in from Stoneridge, we are still having the same issue. I did see that Microsoft has moved up the timeline for a fix to the January update which should be ready later this month. Unfortunately that will put our Cycle Counting behind by a month…….
