    Good Morning,

    I was wondering if anyone has any experience with updating a ship date after a shipment has been posted through bulk shipping entry in Intellego, but not invoiced through Bulk Shipment Invoicing?

    Mike,

    I’m not familiar with Intellego. But I’m sure there are a number of us that are familiar with write-backs from their shipping software (i.e. ship-date, costs, tracking numbers).

    What is your issue?

    I was wondering if I needed void the shipment and create a new shipment as it will not allow me to change the ship date.

    How this happened?

    We were low on product, the shipment was opened on 1/31 where it was not fulfilled. The shipment was fulfilled and shipped 02/03. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to update the ship date without having to void the shipment?
