Hello,
   We were wondering if there was a way to “hide” inactive vendors from the available options when entering an invoice…We have a lot of old vendors and this would help lessen confusion when entering invoices.

If you are referring to the Vendor lookup window then you should be able to exclude inactive vendors.  See below screenshot.  Once you’ve chosen it, then click Set as Default View and it will remember that setting for each time you open up the Vendor Lookup window.
