Several years ago someone had created a .dll called SACiRecordLocked.dll that worked with v2010 and v2013 – until one upgraded to Windows 10.

Now that we are on v2018 (Win7) that are asking for this to be available.  I believe it was created & shared by Michael Johnson on his blog – at

Does anyone know if there is a newer version available that will work with both v2018 and Win10?

?This was another useful customization by my friend Michael Johnson (the MBSGuru). Sadly Michael no longer works in the GP world.

This functionality is already in the next build (build 27) of GP Power Tools as another one of the free bonus fixes in the product.

The upcoming build 27 of GP Power Tools includes the User Name on the dialog for Sales Transaction Entry and Purchase Order Entry, Recevings Transaction Entry and Purchasing Invoice Entry. If you are interested in trying the beta, let me know.
