Hi, I’m installing a new client using the ESLA (Spanish Latin America) and cannot find the HR & Payroll Suite install (HRM Solutions?). Does anyone know if this feature is available from the Spanish install? Thanks. Thanks!

I downloaded the MDGP2013_R2_DVD_ESLA.zip file for the Dynamics GP 2013 Spanish DVD and launched the installation via this DVD.
As a test, I first chose the ‘Argentina’ as the region, as the additional modules available to be installed do vary depending on what region/country you select when doing the installation of GP.
In the ‘Select Features’ window, I see Human Resources, but not the HR/Payroll Suite you mentioned.
I checked the other 3 region/country options as well, but they all remain the same.
I also verified, even on the GP 2018 English install, if you choose Argentina as the country, for example, again we see HR, but not the HR/Payroll Suite. The same is true for Andean, Chile, Latin America.
My thoughts are that the developers deemed the Latin American regions/countries as not needing the functionality in the HR/Payroll Suite modules, thus didn’t make them available. I couldn’t find any documentation or anything that really stated anything ‘official’ as to why this is.

Hi Derek, Thanks for taking time to dig up this missing link.. Now how would a Spanish / Latin-America customer go on if they do want to install the HRM Solutions ? Use the English US version only ? I guess that you wouldn’t be able to mix-up the two languages .. installing first the ESLA basis and then adding on top the EN-US missing part.. that would probably not work.. I’m surprised ES-LA customers haven’t complained more about the missing modules.. 🙂
