I’m installing and using the HITB reset tool for the first time. I have run the inventory reconcile and then the data checks.

I had several errors that I have corrected but still have remaining (Open layer exists in purchase receipts table where valuation method not stamped).

according to the documentation, as long as all other errors are correct theĀ Open layer exists in the purchase receipts table where the valuation method not stamped message should be systematically corrected and then allow the system to proceed to the next step.

It still will not allow the HITB reset tool in GP to proceed even though theĀ  (Open layer exists in purchase receipts table where valuation method not stamped) is the only error remaining.

      Did I read something wrong?

      Hi ,

The HITB reset toolĀ  generally does correct this issue.Ā  However, the KB article below doe provide some guidance on when it wouldn’t correct and some options on how to proceed.

      https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2511801/you-receive-the-error-open-layer-exists-in-purchase-receipts-table-whe

Have you taken a look at this KB article?Ā  If not, I’d start there.

      Thanks,

      Samantha
