I”m in a bad maze and feel there is a tiny way out, but I can’t find it. Batch recovery continually states ‘Process Interrupted’.Ā

      Initial error window:
Batch recovery does nothing. I have researched and even tried running Checklinks, which found no errors. In the SY00500 table, I flipped BCHSTTUS to 0, was set to 7 in my initial investigation. Upon flipping to 0 and trying to reprocess it sets back to 7. Tried the processes again, nothing.Ā

I was able to open up the batch somehow and the edit list shows the below. Can anyone shed light on the below messages? The user cannot edit the transactions as it states to use the batch recovery, but that is a bad loop I get into.Ā

they show up in Financials > PMTRX

      SQL data
      Select * from DYNAMICS..SY00800 – No data
      Select * from DYNAMICS..SY00801 – No data
      Select * from TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK – No data
Select * from TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION – No DEX row for this data/batch

Please help me get out of this bad loop.

Adding that I do see the transactions in the following tables; PM10000 (–Work/Unposted Transactions, PSTGSTUS of 20 – saved and unposted transaction), PM10100 (–GL Distributions for Work and Open Transactions, and PSTGSTUS of 1, which is unposted), and PM20000 (–Open/Posted Transactions PSTGDATE with a date back in October).Ā  Any insight?

I was at a loss, so I had the user delete and start over fresh. I flipped BCHSTTUS to 0, was set to 7 initially, and went into some transactions, poked around, and saved to get the batch to open back up.Ā  It appears to have worked. I’m hoping there are no orphaned records that decide to cause an issue down the road.Ā

      Have a great day!

This article might have helped identifying the duplicates.
