Does anyone else use the Company Combiner tool from Greenshades that works with MEM (Multi Entity Management)?Ā  It is our understanding that the tool will allow you to combine 1099 data from multiple companies across multiple MEM databases.Ā  We purchased this product earlier this year, but have yet to see it work as expected with our data.Ā  The tool does not provide results for all MEM databases, just the one we are logged into.Ā  While we wait for Greenshades to respond to the issue, I wondered if others have used this product and can confirm that it does work this way.Ā  We often run into issues with products that are compatible with MEM, only to find out that they really only work if you have one MEM database.Ā  I am confident that Greenshades will resolve the issue for us, I just wondered if others are using the product with multiple MEM databases.

      Thank you.

      Hi Vicky,

Have you reached out to Binary Stream – Tech Support <support@binarystream.com>? They will give you a free support.
You can submit your case and let the two collaborate and come out with a solution.

By the way, you can post your update here so others can see the progress of your case.
      Ā

      Cecile,

Yes, we have reached out to Binary Stream.Ā  We still do not have a resolution, but we are working with both Binary and Greenshades.Ā  I am still curious if anyone else uses the Combiner tool across MEM databases as we are only able to see data in one MEM database.Ā  The problem right now is determining which table is used for the combined 1099 data – the ISV’s are not in agreement with that.Ā  I will be sure to update this post when we have a resolution.

      Thank you.
