    I upgraded one of my client from Dynamics GP 2015 to Dynamics GP 18.7 version. After the upgrade, when we try to run the GL Trial Balance report in GP. The report does not show any data in it.

    Has any faced this issue, pls give your suggestion.

    I recall there being a function for upgrading your reports dictionary(ies). Did you run this?

      @Chris Where is that function? Does it do so across all modules? Does it need to be run for a particular USER?

        Thomas, it’s an option when you run GP Utilities.

        Update modified forms and reports

    Hello Durai,

    I’m assuming you are seeing your data under Inquiry > Financial > Summary. If yes, please go to Utilities > Reconcile > Year >> start with History one year at a time all the way up to your current year.

    Please let me know how it goes.
