GP RM “You aren’t allowed to delete unposted documents that have been printed.”

We just completed an update to GP 2018.
When I ran the reconcile on RM batches, a batch was added. The transactions in the batch all have dates from 2007. I thought I should just remove this batch so I pulled it up and hit delete. Below is a screen shot of the batch and the error message I received letting me know that I cannot delete the batch.
Can anyone assist in me with resolving this issue?

There’s a setting that you can uncheck so that you can delete these documents.Ā Are you sure you want to do that?

I thought that that setting only worked going forward?Ā Is it something we can set on to get rid of this batch then reset to off?
Why would we keep this batch if everything in it it is over 10 years old?Ā We only keep 7 years of data.

You could uncheck the box – delete what you need to delete – and then check it again.
Or – maybe your GP admin could remove these via sql?Ā (not recommended….)
