Does anyone experience some weird behavior ?
I had registered to the new site when it was launched under “ideas.dynamics.com” and now that it has been moved to “experience.dynamics.com”, I can’t login with that account…
It tells me that the account is already taken by returning a cryptic identity.. :

The user name “4bdc293d920107bf” is already taken.

I’ve attempted new registration, but get the same result.. I don’t want to use another Microsoft Live identity, as all my community activity is linked to that one..

after using the original link that points to ‘ideas’dynamics.com’ I finally get to the new ‘MS-Connect’ for Dynamics GP .. The link below is the FQDN for GP

This site doesn’t even work properly yet…
Tried to click on any contributor’s name so far and all it end up is showing this :

I tried to get in touch with someone from the site, but all you get is to chat with Markenting/Sales people.. 🙁
Not even sure I’ll ever get a call back on my support request.
Or maybe the whole thing fails becaues I’m not able to login anymore ? I’ve tried both my O365 account and my regular Live account, and none of them work.
Can someone confirm this is working ?

?Hi Beat, I do feel it is working as I see new suggestions coming in from other people than myself as it works for me too.
I think it is your login as I need to be logged in, if you choose to submit an idea ( the blue button)  then it prompts me to login if I’m not, you can tell if you are logged in from the upper right corner.

Thank you for confirming that the issue is with my account..
I’ve opened a ticket with MS Dynamics 365 support (as this is now the lead admin for this new page) and received a ticket number from their CRM system.. but so far nobody has reached out.
I could create a new login association with GMail, but it defeats the purpose and I want this linked to my Outlook.com account that also use for the other community site..

The error message that the user-ID is already taken is mind-numbling.. as I said, I registered the first days it was up, but under a different name, and now it doesn’t work at all anymore.. I guess I have no other choice than to wait on the support to come back to me..

Apparently I’m not the only one having issues with login associations in the new IDEAS site.. I noticed from Twitter that has the exact same issue as me..
My ticket has been opened on Fri March 9th, and I haven’t received a single feedback yet (except for the initial confirmation)..
, do have any contacts to the Dynamics 365 support team ? that could help us out in this matter ?

all I got yesterday was a message left on my voice -mail from Microsoft Canada’s Sales Support (?) stating that I already have an account manager for our company and I should call there,.. or I could use the 1-800-865-9408 number to call Microsoft Support (which is silly  since no options cover Dynamics.com)..
I’ll keep sending them back my ticket to ask for more support… as I have no other contact info. ??
