GP Printing Issues After Upgrading to Windows 11

We use a Report Writer report for our purchase order and in Report Writer we have the page orientation set to print as landscape. Now after upgrading to Windows 11 the POs are printing out as portrait. The printer settings is set to default to portrait but it was that way before upgrading to Windows 11 and the POs printed as landscape. I don’t want to default the printer setting to landscape. Has anyone else seen this issue after upgrading to Windows 11?

    Hi @Jennifer Wheeler

Have you updated all of your printer drivers?

Thanks for the reply Jo. I was searching online and believe I found the issue. It seems with Windows 11 newer print dialog if you have a custom report that is set to print in landscape it will ignore that and default to print in portrait. So, every time you print you have to either manually change it to print in landscape each time or you can restore the legacy print dialog by making registry setting change.
