      Hi all!

one of our users is unable to update quantities in GP2016.
It is showing  btl on-hand but when he tried to add them to an invoice it says that there are none available.

If he clicks on quantities available, he gets the message below:

Thoughts? I couldn’t find anything pertinent to this message online.
      TIA!

      Hi ,

Let’s eliminate the ?low hanging fruit first.

Have you confirmed that the user is using the correct site on the order?  If you have 1 item in Site A, but I’m trying to add it from Site B on the order, I’ll still get warnings about shortages based on that site.

      Thanks,

      Samantha

      Hi Monya,

To expand on what Samantha said.  In the Item Quantity Maintenance screen, you have All Sites selected.  So, in all of your sites you have one bottle available.  Click on the Site ID radio button and look at the WS NAPA site.  I’m guessing you’ll see 0 items available.   You can click on the left & right arrows next to the site name to find what site has the quantity of one.

      Good luck!
