  Can anyone confirm that ?GP 2018 – GP 2018 Web Services still has the Legacy Endpoint available?

  Yes, the /DynamicsGPWebServices is considered the legacy endpoint for Web Services, as the /Dynamics/GPService is considered the native endpoint.
  
  These all still exist in Web Services for Dynamics GP 2018.
  
  An example of these URLs are here:
  
  a. http://<webservername>:48620/Dynamics/GPService
  
  b. http://<webservername>:48620/DynamicsGPWebServices
