Hello! I have a customer who was on GP2013 and experiencing the issue where their EFT Remittance Word template looked horrible and unusable when going to PDF but going to Excel looks just as it should. We were optimistic this would be a thing of the past as it was resolved in a January Hotfix for GP2015. So, we upgraded to GP2016R2 and we are still experiencing this issue.
Was the EFT Remittance form not resolved in the January 2016 hotfix or is there some other reason we are experiencing this issue after going to GP2016R2?

Melissa,
Just to clarify:
You wrote that “… it was resolved in a January Hotfix for GP2015.” But then you ask, “Was the EFT Remittance form not resolved in the January 2016 hotfix?” I’m just trying to nail down whether there was any time that the EFT Remittance Word template was acceptable.
Do you have issues with any other PDFs generated from Word Templates? One of the reasons our company is upgrading to 2016 is to stabilize the emailing of statements using the Word Template version.
Also, could you upload an image of your EFT Remittance that you described as “horrible”? Thank you.
