Has anyone ever used Fifth/Third Bank’s ePAY product with GP? It’s a way to make payments via credit card, but the bank does all of the processing for it. The file that we need to upload looks like an ACH file (CCD+ format), but it doesn’t have all of the same line types. If you have made this work, would you share your file format? If you use the product, but are not using an ACH file, can you share how your create your upload file for the bank?

Please look into a middleware product called RegalPay. We use this to do something similar with WellsFargo.

We worked out a way to do a check run in GP, then have software go into the GP company database and extract the information formatted the way Fifth Third requires. I’ll put our solution into GitHub tonight and post a link here.

Old thread I know, however RegalPay is going away at the end of 2023.

Has anyone done work on a replacement, either using GP (2018R2) or a no cost external solution?
