Hello
We are running GP2018 with Key2Act job cost integration.
Currently have employees in the field creating handwritten PO’s that then get dropped off at the office.
We are looking for an app that would allow PO entry that would provide next available PO, job lookup and product lookup.
Anyone using anything like this.
It would need to run on both Windows and Apple platforms

Have you considered a solution like SalesPad ? I do believe that you can enter Purchase Orders thru SalesPad on mobile devices, as well a replace the GP client completely on the Desktop side. https://www.salespad.com/blog/business-mobility-2/?

That would give full flexibility to your employees that are visiting customers on the road.

There are other products out there that are providing just procurement functionality, like eRequester and ReqLogic, but if you target mainly your sales people in the company, then I think SalesPad would be a better fit.

We make a product called QUICKPO  this product allows techs in the field to email in a request for a PO Number and attach it to a job or call in Key2Act.   No more waiting for someone to take a phone call to get a number..  techs can get this information by simply sending an email.

We have had the request to turn it into more of web form with additional lookups and would be happy to create that for you..  We do others in this area with our WEBTIME ENTRY product.. 

We have many QUICKs-  QuickPO makes and assigns POs, QuckCall does the same but with WorkOrders, QuckFind- Finds most Everything in Key@Act you will need to find with the best searches..  and more check out our website for videos of products or call us we are happy to help.
