Hello Kathy,
We had this similar issue before and found out it was in the link to the Reports.dic file.
Although we had made modifications to a report we had to set the specific report so that it used the un-modified report format version and this resolved the issue for us.
Go to Tools – Setup – System – Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports and look for this specific report.
