?I’ve been looking for a report that I can give each employee that shows what we have for their address, phone, emergency contact, dependents and such.  I have not see that type of report in my searching. 

Does anyone have something they use to have employees verify the information we have for them?

If you are utilizing the self-service functionality, employees can be given access to view this information themselves by clicking the Employee Profile link.

You can also use SSRS to create a report that will return that information for the logged-in user

Take a look at “Detailed Employee List” and see if it fits your needs.
Path:  Payroll > Reports > Detailed Employee List
You can specify one or all employees, or a range of employees, as well as selecting which information you would like to appear on the report. The “list” will print one employee per page.

?I think this report is specific enough that you may want to have one created using SSRS. Creating it would not be difficult for somebody with SSRS Report Builder skills.
