We are currently looking to streamline our Employee Expense Reports.  Right now we use a very cumbersome Excel spreadsheet process.  I was looking at Concur but my supervisor nixed it “because Concur would own the data”.

Following are the requirements that I need to look for:

      1. We must be able to “OWN” the data (i.e. not hosted in some other location where the data is owned by others)
      2. Must be integrated into Microsoft Dynamics  (We are currently on GP 2013R2)
        1. And, if so, it must be easy on everyone using it
        2. Reports must be able to be generated from the data (hopefully, we can customize)
      3. Must be able to read all credit card types (sales folks use various cards that are personal, most use AmEx that belongs to the company, though)

I searched through the forum and saw mention of the following that might be possibilities:

      • GorillaExpense
      • Nexonia
      • DynamicPoint
      • Ariett

I would appreciate feedback before I go further with requesting demos from any of these.

      Thank you
      Pam

We do about 500 Employee Expense reports per week with manager supervisor approvals entered thru Dynamics GP Project Accounting(PA) Module.
About 60 or so use company credit cards with no reimbursement to the Employee.
      Been using it since 2007.
The approval workflow could be better since GP2013 in GP2015 and GP2016
All Expense Reports are integrated to Payables from PA and our employees are all paid EFT with an automatic email remittance notification of their payment sent.
The GP PA module I think is free in most licenses
