      HI,

I am having trouble changing our EFT File format from Test to Production.

There was two “TEST fields” in the test file and once that was approved by our bank I exported and imported to our Live environment.

Attempted to change these fields to production values but they still show as test when prenotes file is generated.

If I change them to anything other than prod values. The changes are reflected in the prenotes. When I change to production values I get the original test values.

I have tried changing the EFT FILE NAME  twice in case of a conflict.

      Thanks,

      Jeff.

What are the test fields you are referring to?

      Thanks for reply.

Problems was GP was inserting TEST in two places for Prenotes. When we ran a actual EFT Payment run the proper values appeared in two fields. Namely the Header Label and File Counter.

This must be a fail safe for the Prenotes function.

      Thanks,

      Jeff.
