I am setting up the e-mailing of A/R statements for one of our divisions.Ā I have the e-mail settings complete.Ā I have the e-mail message setup completed.Ā I have set the On Blank Paper statement as a template, assigned it to the company, and made it the default.Ā The Customers all have the correct e-mail settings.Ā We were able to run an e-mail batch for all of the US customers using the Blank paper form.
We want to use a different form (Original MC Blank Statement Form) for our Canadian customers.Ā I was able to set the form up as template and assign it to the company. However, when I create the Statement ID called Canada and assign the form to it, the e-mail button does not display.Ā If I change the form to Blank Paper, the e-mail button appears. We need the separate form so we can display the Canadian customers in Canadian dollars.
I know I am not seeing something right in front of me.
Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.

If you are emailing using the word template approach (may still email as PDF, but is based on the word template), then the on Blank Paper is the only version that will email to my knowledge.
There is a workaround if you use the “older” approach, but it requires some adobe licenses for PDF creation that a lot of companies don’t have copious amounts of.
What I’ve done with clients who had similar requests is to modify the On Blank Paper version to be multi currency.Ā Below is a link to a similar thread on GPUG from back in 2020 where the same general topic was discussed.Ā There are more details on how to modify the report, tables to add, etc.
