      Hi All,

      I have had this issue pop up with two of my payroll clients who added the 2019 YE Update.  Here is the fix I found for it:

      As an added piece of information. For some reason, the chunk file and dictionary downloaded were showing version 0.0.0 and when I attempted to launch the main window, I received error: “you cannot install an older version of back office service tools”.

      I opened the TAUTIL.dic file with Dexterity and modified the Install Information. The 18.2.4 version was showing under “Module 001”, it should be under “Module 004” – see below. I don’t know if this will be a common issue, but thought to share just in case. Hope this helps someone!
