We are transitioning from an old out-of-support version of Citrix Server on Windows 2008 to Citrix Version 1909 on Window Server 2016 using Citrix Workspace 20.2.0.25  

We have found multiple problems with this new configuration

• Outlook Mail Profiles get blown away every time we publish from the Citrix master(?) to the VDA
• User Profile level issues are affecting Word Template processes and Exporting to Excel from SmartList.
• GP Load performance is very slow, minutes to get to GP sign-on screen, more until GP Menus finish drawing.
  • While loading GP, the longest time appears to be spent creating the RDP session, and loading the UPM.

The old Citrix Server Environment works adequately without any of the above issues.

Does anyone have any specific Citrix and/or Windows 2016 settings they had to modify specifically for GP to function?
