Hi All:

 

Hi all Dynamics GP 2018 V2  – Is there a User Profile for Sales People that has limited Access to Inventory Item Costs and changing of pricing.

 

Is there a User Profile for “Sales People” so that they can:

1)      enter their own Sales Quotes, and

2)      see Inventory Availability (e.g. In-stock, Allocated, Back Ordered, On Order, Available).

 

All this without letting the Sales Person have access to:

1)      Seeing Item Costs (they see costs – then they think they know what the companies selling price Should be).

2)      And Changing what the computer would charge their customer (for control they should NOT be able adjust the selling pricing).
