We are running Dynamics GP 2018 18.5.1596 (2022). 
We have some new Accts Payable Staff, and warehouse staff that if they were curious when entering Payables or Receipts when they are doing the Account Distributions – could have access – through the GL Account Maintenance to very sensitive information.
For example, currently when they get into Purchasing>Transactions> and need to go into Distributions, in addtion to seeing the GL Chart of account (if they use the lookup magnifying glass), they can also get into ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE, and then they can see all the GL accounts (including Payrol Accounts) and then click on the Summary, and drill into the detail.

Being a small company there are only two of us (and sa) that should have full access to everything including the GL Drill down and GL Account Maintenance.
What would be the easies way (within GP itself) to not allow ALL the other users to get to this information?
