Thank you so much for your help in past.
We are running Dyn GP 18.5.1596
Sometime we have some large PO’s that we deteriming our needs on by spreedsheet.
Is there a quick way built into Dyn GP that will more quickly import these longer Excel spreadsheets into a PO in the system?
Perhaps through Integration Manager?

With GP Power Tools – Developer Tools module you can set up importing of any transaction from an excel spreadsheet.

Just use the following free examples as a template to create whatever you need.

Hi Clay,

We use Cavallo Salespad and it has quite a few options for importing line items to different documents from Excel.  It also provides a great front end for all your GP data allowing quicker order entry and lookups.  We have been using it for probalby 8 or 9 years and it has been a great all around solution for us!

I haven’t used it but I’m sure David’s Power Tools would accomplish the excel import well as well as he knows his stuff.  Certainly a quicker solution than implementing Salespad.

Not sure if you have eOne Smartconnect, but you would be able to build an integration with that as well.

Hey Clay,
We use the eOne SmartConnect product to import our large ones.  Can do a template and even to multiple GP companies.  We have found it works very well and the purchasing department just puts the excel files in an upload folder once ready and the service will upload it every 30 minutes.
