We are in the process of reviewing potential A/P automation vendors.Ā Of primary importance is electronic workflow for approvals, OCR, document management and integration with GP.Ā We have narrowed it down to DocuPhase and PaperSave. If anyone has experience (good or bad) with either of these vendors, please let me know or reply privately to this thread.

Hi Vicki! We are also looking at a document management system.Ā I have spoke to both vendors and the price difference is significant.Ā Docuphase seems to be more than three times the cost.Ā Do you know why? What did you end up selecting?

Besides DocuPhase and PaperSave, what other partners have you looked into? Have you considered Kwiktag?
