We are on GP2015 R2 – when we enabled the Document Attachment, we marked the “Allow attachments to be deleted with password”. However, when we deleted the attachment, it didn’t ask for password.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Hi Cecile,
Just to confirm, in the Document Attachment Setup window, aside from marking the “Allow attachments to be deleted” checkbox, is there an actual password in the “Delete Password” field?

Hi Cecile,
Thanks. In case you haven’t tried this yet… can you try unmarking the “Allow attachments to be deleted” checkbox… then clear the Password field… then close the window… then get back in, mark the checkbox, add the password back, then exit again? Please try adding/deleting an attachment afterwards.
