?We have a single user getting this error when trying to add a transaction to a batch for a debit memo.
When you select more information, you get the following.. I too received the error upon attempting to recreate, but when I logged out and back in, cleared up for me.Ā It is not clearing up for her.Ā
Anyone seen this before?

How long was the user logged out? Did they still show in the activity table after they have logged out?

Billie,
Looks like you use Nodus 3rd party product? If so, try to disable the product and see if the error goes away just for the time being/creating the debit memo?
