This is the third time trying to post this 🙂 As soon as I add my screen shot it doesn’t seem to display the image below my text so bear with me if the picture is first!
Has anyone else noticed something odd in the email digests? I thought they used to be grouped by subject and then all the day’s replies underneath. Lately (the last week or so?), they are random so you cannot tell if a question has been answered until you scroll through the entire email to see other replies on the same subject.
The screen shot is an example from today, colour coded to show different subjects in a random order, that I thought used to be all displayed together in the past.
Is it just me?

No Jen it isn’t just you. I noticed this as well. It does make it a lot harder to scroll through on the daily digest to see what has been answered and what hasn’t.

Hey Jen and Bert,
Thanks for sharing this. Our community manager, Michelle, had noticed this as well and reported it to our platform vendor. We’re working with them to get this resolved.
Thank you for your patience while we work to get this fixed.
And I thought it was just a Space Oddity issue :-)..

Jen,
I saw exactly what you did for the Wednesday, December 7 digest… but the digest for Thursday was normal.
