I’m getting this error whenever I tried to sign-in to Customersource.  It is happening in IE and Chrome.
I have deleted all my browsing history under Internet Options and ran disk clean up, still getting the same error.

      Thanks for your help!

Update:  I came across with  this document and then I clicked on “My Profile” I entered my credentials… it went through! I’m now able to login to Customersource.
Not sure what happened but there must be an easier route.  Thanks!

      Cecile,
in case you’re using Chrome as a browser (or any derivative browser based on the chromium engine), it’s something that happens quite frequently, or with similar error messages telling you “something went wrong”..
As Joe suggested, try the ‘in-private’ session to exclude any previous logged credentials that might still be in the cache to be picked up for the authentication in Customer Source.  Every time I run into this problem, I just fire up Internet Explorer, which is the only one that works 99% of the time.
Even with FireFox I ran into issues, though to a lesser extent than Chrome.
Sometimes closing the browser and flushing the browser cache helps too..

Thank you Matthew, Joseph, and Beat!  ‘in-private’ session to exclude any previous logged credentials helps!

      Hi Cecile-

Have you tried going to CustomerSource in an incognito window in Chrome? For whatever reason, that is the only way I am able to log into it.

      Joe

Yeah CustomerSource is notoriously finicky… I’m still glad they finally got rid of that stupid ActiveX download manager ????
