Hi 

I have attached the credit report and other things to the customer card. We have created an order and for some reason the attachments from the customer card followed the order.  i don’t have it marked as flow.  So i’m not understanding they they flowed.  I have since deleted the documents in the customer card but they are still on the order.  is there away to delete these off the order?

Hi Nicole,
Which version of GP are you on ? could you share a screenshot (with scrambled user data) to show where you attached the documents in the Customer Card ? there are multiple places where documents can be attached.. so just want to make sure I understand what you did.
