When I go to Financial>Reports>Trial Balance>Detail, I get a GL detail that includes the JE Reference; however, nobody else in my department has this report….how do I give all access?

??The Financial Trial Balance Reports are resources assigned to the RPT_FIN_004 Security Task. That Task is usually part of just a few Security Roles:

ACCOUNTING MANAGER*
AP CLERK*
BOOKKEEPER*
CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANT*

If your users don’t belong to any of those roles, you may add the RPT_FIN_004 Security Task to the Roles to which your users have been assigned.

If you don’t have GP Administrator rights, then you’ll need to have your GP Admin make the Security Task assignment.

It also sounds like it’s a modified GP report. The ?other users may not be assigned the proper Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports Task.

Look under Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Setup >> System >> Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports, and look at the list of IDs available.

This shows that the Modified Trial Balance Detail report is selected for the DEFAULTUSER. However,

… the CNV_SLA_GLC ID shows that the default (Microsoft Dynamics GP) version of the Trial Balance Detail report is selected.

I think this is your issue.
