Hello Everyone, and Happy Spring!

I am trying to get us off of GP 2013 R2 (12.0.1745), patch it, then go to GP 2016 R2. I have had another checklist requirement added and I need some help. Customersource is being circular again and the links keep pointing back to the same looping set of pages.

I have been asked to provide a Detailed Cumulative Fix list for the last GP patch 12.00.2230 (KB4073323). , maybe?

If you look at the Service Pack, Hotfix, and Compliance Update Patch Releases for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 page on Customer/Partnersource you’ll see that the Fix List link is going to point back to a post on the Dynamics GP Support and Services blog.

For the January 2018 hotfix for GP 2013 that Fix List link points to the following article:

The following is listed for GP 2013:

Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 (version 12.00.2230)   KB4073323

(Includes US and Canada Year-end, and all prior patches)

-If you installed the 2017 year-end update and create the year end wage file without having Human Resource installed, you will receive an error messages for each employee during creation of the payroll year-end file.
-You may receive this error when you create the year end wage file UPR_Year_End_WORK_Other failed. A record was already locked
-Canadian Payroll –Quebec Tax Changes, RL-1 form and T4, T4A XML changes (see notes area for complete list)
– Your ACA information may appear incorrect for employees that were employed multiple years for your company

-If you are using Web Client, remember to patch it as well, updated certificate.

***This will be the LAST patch for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013, please upgrade to a supported version.***

I appreciate your answers!

I know the links, I know the steps (and have done a few complete test runs). I was hoping to find an old style Cumulative Detailed Fix List, one that listed all the fixes, KB #s, etc.

Why? Because management here added a new layer to company product upgrades, to make that such a list a requirement for approval.

Maybe I will have to build it up in pieces, but I am hoping there is a master list somewhere.

Unfortunately we do not have a comprehensive master list of all fixes released for any version of Dynamics GP.  Since the links to all of the Fix Lists are held on the same page (or the linked PDF for previous releases) it should be a quick process to go out to the associated blog posts and grab the fix list.
