      This is one of my favorite features in GP! It’s been around for ages but many people have never heard of it. This allows you to connect a Excel document (template) or Word template to a SmartList Favorite.

      Is there an easy way in a macro recording to get totals at the bottom of columns when there is a varying number of rows based on the search parameters?

      You’d have to open the Macro to edit in Visual Basic. I found some options online: https://excel.tips.net/T003217_Using_SUM_In_a_Macro.html
      I haven’t tested this fix.

      I usually use the Subtotal feature instead of the “Sum” option though. This automatically deals with various row counts.
