Hi everyone,

We are looking to deepen our knowledge of Collections Management by Professional Advantage, an add on for Great Plains. We have been using it for its enhanced receivables view, but we realize it is capable of so much more. We have not had any luck finding a consultant familiar enough with it to help us get set up and use the full power of the program. Do any of you use Collection Management to manage your accounts receivable? Any recommendations on a consultant who has experience working with it?
