      Hello
Since we have upgraded GP2018, when we close jobs in Key2Act, we now receive error msgs that the WIP and Billing in Progress G/L accounts in GP need to flagged to allow posting.
We have an issue with this because while we have the accounts flagged to allow posting, a user could select one of these accounts to post to.
      Has anyone else encountered this?

      Thank you

      Hi ?

What version did you upgrade from?

But, yes, I have seen that now at one or two of my Key2Act clients.Ā Ā

Your best bet is to contact Key2Act and let them help you through this issue as there are a few workarounds, but they are a bit more detailed than can easily be written here.

      Hello
After working with Key2Act, we have found that if the box in Job Cost Posting setup , under Close Jobs, Post thru to GL is unchecked, a batch

is created that can then be posted from within Financial without having to allow posting to the G/L accounts.

      Ā
