Hello all.Ā Ā We have a company with non-inventory items (fees) that we would like to invoice to our customers. We have gone through setting up the template, etc.Ā but when we try to post the invoice, we get the following error: “Distribution accounts are missing or invalid.”
We have checked the item setup and all accounts are valid.
Any suggestions where to look?

If you’re trying to post a customer invoice then check the Accounts window on the Customer Card.Ā Maybe you have an account missing there that the system is looking for.?
