Greetings! We have a Canadian vendor who I set up EFT for and confirmed with our bank that it would not be an issue. Everything looks fine but when we tried to pull into an EFT batch today the attached error popped up. The indication from the error seems to be with the checkbook. Our checkbook is US. Is there a way to send EFT to Canada in US dollars with GP?

I asked one of my consultants about this and she said the following, hope it helps… If the EFT Bank setting on the Vendor/Remit-to address is for Canada, you should have an EFT Bank set for Canada on the checkbook. However, if you change the EFT Bank setting to Canada on the checkbook, it would not work for US EFT though. In short, on the checkbook, you can have EFT set to Canada or US, but you can’t do both at the same time. Keep me posted if you need some follow up from us.

Thank you for the feedback. All but the one are US which means we would not want to change the setting on our checkbook for one vendor – we will find other options.
