Great series, Jo! Your step by step instructions are very clear!

Re your 2nd blog post, and this comment: (little caveat – the Document Format in SOP Setup must be Blank Paper to be able to email).  
I talked to a VAR last week, whose customer needed to use a multi-currency format in GP, but when that document type was chosen, GP email capability was disabled. If someone really needs to use any other format besides Blank Paper, there are third party eMail products to do that. Binary Stream’s eMail Manager is one such product.  

Feel free to reach out t me if anyone reading this great blog series needs additional info on how to email other formats…
