We are currently using a 1099 ISV with Great Plains.  We have been using them for a few years now, and seem to have issues each year, however, this year was especially challenging.  We are considering other providers for next year, and I’m hoping that there are a few options that integrate with GP to provide 1099 filing and mailing.  Bonus points if they also work with Multi Entity Management.  Please let me know if you have a provider that has worked well for you.
