We are using Avalara AvaTax to do our sales tax calculations. One of the ways that exemptions can be calculated in Avalara is through the use of Entity/use codes, accessible through the GUI under Cards->Sales->Addresses, Additional->AvaTax Entity/Use Code.
Does anyone know the table these are stored in? I need to add an Entity/Use code to 617 entries, and I’d rather not have to do so through the GUI…

Power,Ā The entity/use codes are unique to the Avalara plug-in and are stored in the custom table AVAENTITYUSECODE.

The table that you want to import the exemption info isĀ AVA_CUST_ENTITY_CLASS.Ā This table has the customer ID, Address Code and the Entity ID.Ā TheĀ AVAENTITYUSECODE table only has the entiy code and description.
Hope this helps.
