Hi, we are in the same boat, although looking at different products. Currently we are considering DocuPhase, DocLink and KwikTag. So far we like them all based on the demos we’ve seen.

Our current solution is PaperSave and I would stay away from them. they were bought out a while back and have gone steadily downhill since then. We finally had enough and are moving away.

We currently use KwikTag but are moving away because they will not support integration with a different ERP for manufacturing that we are implementing. They also were unable to do machine learning. We are moving to DocStar which fully integrates with GP.

Hey All – We help provide a solution for people on all the Microsoft ERPs and have helped companies on non microsoft erps with AP automation and payment automation. Most of the organizations we work with have a high PO% of invoices and are looking to automate the data capture and ideally get invoice data at a line level. And like how our offering allows it to automatically match and pair on a line level for a 3 way match. Happy to help anyone who might be interested to learn more about best practices in the AP automation space.
