You will need access to Document Attachment, and then will need to set it up under Administration>Setup>Document Attachment Setup. Once that’s configured you will be able to attach documents through Vendor Maintenance>Attach, or any of the other modules Cards. This is also available through Transaction windows but you have to attach the document(s) before posting the transaction. Once posted you can no longer access the Attach function to add new documents. Through Cards you can continue to attach items as needed.
