I’ve followed David Musgrave’s instructions foradding a hidden field by using modifier with VBA but it didn’t work out for me. The solutions was to view the hidden fields in the modifier (menu: Layout -> Show Invisible Fields) Once I knew the name of the invisible field that I was looking for, looked up its name (in the Properties window; the name is the name that appears there, only without the spaces), and added the following line to the VBA code: ScrollingWindowExpandButton = 1
Once that was done, the details of the distribution reference were expanded as they should. HTH,
Your code worked like a charm, only one day it stopped working (I don’t know why). So the code which should have shown the details (grid) didn’t work! I run through your blog post, printed it, repeated the process several times – nothing happened, the grid isn’t shown! So my solution helped solved this problem up. As you might assume it was very strange since it had worked before. I didn’t want to use any of the work around that you’ve suggested on other posts, so that how I sorted this one out.
Thanks a lot either way. If it wasn’t for the your posts and your explanations, I would be able to solve it either ways.
